As CEO and Co-Founder of Realty ONE Group Next Level, Peter leads one of New Hampshire's fastest growing real estate companies alongside his wife and business partner, Rebecca Beauchemin, President. Since launching in 2020 with 15 agents and one office, the firm has grown to roughly 150 agents across five offices serving New Hampshire, Massachusetts, and Maine, closing more than 1,000 transactions a year.

He built the company on a conviction that agents shouldn't have to choose between keeping more of what they earn and getting real support. While much of the industry has gone virtual, Realty ONE Group Next Level keeps investing in physical offices, because coaching, training, and collaboration happen best in person. The result is a firm with the resources of a large brokerage and the accessibility of a connected team.

Before becoming a full-time CEO, Peter spent more than two decades as one of Southern New Hampshire's top listing agents, closing over 1,000 homes and building one of the state's leading teams. He recently stepped away from representing clients to focus entirely on leadership, recruiting, and developing high performing agents, with one goal: building New Hampshire's number one real estate firm.

Known for a direct, no nonsense leadership style, Peter is a continual student of the business. He invests in leadership education, attends industry and executive conferences, and works alongside fellow CEOs through the CEO and Family Enterprise Center at UNH, believing the strongest companies are built by leaders who never stop learning.
